Originally from Northampton, Massachusetts, I attended Tulane University before earning my Master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work.
I opened my private practice in Baltimore, Maryland in 2015, later relocating it to Boulder, Colorado, and now operate my main office in Easton, Maryland. With advanced training in collaborative divorce, I specialize in supporting teens and adults navigating the emotional and relational challenges of separation and divorce.
My practice is grounded in empathy, evidence-based approaches, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and families move forward with clarity and resilience. In my freetime I enjoy paddleboarding, teaching and practicing yoga and watching my kids play sports.
